17 Sep 2026 Ron Romano Planned tennis complex adjacent to Holomua Elementary School Sep 17, 2026 6:30 PM Ron Romano, is a USPTA and PTR certified tennis professional. Originally from New Jersey, Ron earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Moravian College in Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Touro College in New York. He played Division II tennis at Moravian College and became a teaching professional for 12 years including 5 years with Peter Burwash International. He was the Head Professional/Director of Tennis at four top 50 tennis resorts including three Hawaii resorts including Mauna Lani Bay Hotel, Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and The Westin Kauai. Ron has held senior management positions as the Vice President of Operations of Kauai Lagoons Resort, the General Manager of the Sheraton Makaha Resort and the General Manager of the Kauai Coconut Beach Resort. Ron has also served our country as an officer in the Army National Guard. Start Year: 2002
