Aloha! The Rotary Club of Ewa Beach invites you to partner with us for our 2027 Annual Community Calendar. Over the last three years, this project has become a cherished local tradition, featuring 13 winning drawings from local K–6 students.

As our primary fundraiser, this calendar directly funds scholarships and vital service projects throughout Ewa Beach such as back-to-school boost, cake-in-a-box, slippers for kids. We invite our past sponsors to renew their legacy of support and welcome new partners to join us in making an impact.

Sponsorship and Advertising Levels

• BUSINESS CARD SPONSOR $150
  Business card ad will be printed on a full page with 11 other business card ads. Recognition from the Rotary Club of Ewa Beach and 1 calendar.
• BANNER SPONSOR ** $300
  One banner ad across the bottom of an individual month in the calendar. Only 12 spaces available.
  Recognition from the Rotary Club of Ewa Beach and 2 calendars. $50 extra to specify the month (First come, first served).
• BRONZE SPONSOR $300
  1/4 page ad in the calendar. Recognition from the Rotary Club of Ewa Beach and 2 calendars.
• SILVER SPONSOR $600
  1/2 page ad in the calendar. Recognition from the Rotary Club of Ewa Beach and 6 calendars.
• GOLD SPONSOR $1,200
  Full page ad in the calendar. Recognition from the Rotary Club of Ewa Beach and 10 calendars.

Returning sponsors will receive a 10% discount off the cost of the ad.
** If requesting a specific month for a banner ad, please provide your 1st, 2nd and 3rd month. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Should a month have more than one request for it, the selection will be on a first come, first serve basis based on when a paid sponsorship is received.
